Hi — I'm Radha
I have been studying, practicing, and sharing Ayurveda with my family and clients for 16+ years.
My journey began at massage school, where I earned a certificate in Ayurveda foundations within the lineage of Swami Rama. I continued on to study at Kanyakumari Ayurveda Education Center, where I delved into Ayurvedic nutrition, pulse diagnosis, herbal medicine making, consultation skills, and Panchakarma oil body therapies.
There, I found my teacher — Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra — whose lineage goes back 5000+ years in India. I spent the next ten years studying Shaka Vansya Ayurveda with him.
I've also studied the food, breath, and sound aspects of Ayurveda and Vedic studies with Maya Tiwari. I love sharing the difficult concepts of Ayurveda in a way that anyone can understand and implement.
