Join Radha & Aaron of Bliss Alchemy as we dive into the medicinal aspects of all organic herbs, spices, vegetables, grains and consciously raised dairy products. In each class you will learn specific techniques to maintain the prana (life force energy) and enhance the healing qualities of the food we prepare. The specific style of cooking was passed down to us from Vaidya Mishra, of the Mishra Brahmins of the Shaka Vansya Ayurveda lineage. Their unique approach allows for deep healing in the body and mind as we alkalinize, gently detox, nourish and offer longevity and wellness to the tissues and organs of the body and mind.
This highly specific way of cooking allows for optimal digestion, glowing health, greater clarity of the mind, more connection to the heart and enhanced spiritual connection.

Retreat Cooking
Ayurvedic Cooking is an ESSENTIAL component to any healing retreat program. Since this food naturally and gently facilitates detoxification and healing, it can assist your clientele in greater results during their retreat with you! We will bring our team to your location, do the shopping and menu planning and provide all organic healing meals to your group. Add this cuisine to any meditation, yoga, corporate, wellness, spa or family retreat. I am located in Longmont, Colorado and service the Boulder, Denver and Front Range. I will travel for an additional fee.
Private Cooking Classes
We are also available to come to your home and teach you how to make recipes to achieve your specific health goals. We will shop for organic ingredients and bring them to your home kitchen where we will prepare any of the following per your needs: savory vegetable dishes, dessert, teas, spices blends, ghee, paneer, and more.
