Recipe: Chai for your Laddhus
Bliss Giving Chai
by Radha Schwaller, Certified Ayurvedic Educator and Practitioner
Chai means tea and is a common daily drink in India. Spices vary from
region to region, but almost always include the basics of ginger, cardamom,
black pepper, cinnamon and cloves. This blend is specifically meant to aid in
digestion and help with the assimilation of the sweet taste. The milk and
sugar in this blend are easily digested with the warming and soothing spices.
Enjoy!!
