Virtual Ayurvedic Thanksgiving Cooking Class
Join Radha and Aaron, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioners, as we spend time in the kitchen preparing food for a digestible and healthy thanksgiving meal.
Thanksgiving can be a day of overeating, bad food combinations and the resulting heaviness and lethargy of a stomach ache. Ayurveda has the cure!! With the use of spices, proper care of our digestion and no overeating, we can have a wonderful and balanced Thanksgiving meal that leaves us feeling light, bright and ready to play games with the family well into the evening.
